Lost passwords

Several months ago I was testing the AT with MySQL on my laptop, but now I can't find the passwords to log into the AT. According to one note I found on this web site, I should be able to change the passwords in the users table in the MySQL database, which I have done. But the AT keeps telling me that the user or password is wrong. Is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately, we are not able to retrieve your username/passwords. Remember that the
database password (what you used for MySQL) is different from any AT username/passwords.
