copying old AT database data

I have a large (15 MB) mysql dump file from an old AT database.
Can you recommend a utility for copying its data to a new AT database?

Instructions are listed in an FAQ for backup and restore of database:

Also Navicat is a good tool for restoring/creating new database (click on 'execute batch file' and then select your mysql dump file)
