embedding graphics in pdf output

In the repositories window under the setup menu there is an option for a branding device by entering the URI. I have been trying to make the logo for the school I work for show up in the pdf output on the title page for the finding aid. So far, I have not been able to make this work. Perhaps I am doing it wrong or that was not the intended purpose for the branding device line? My supervisor is also interested in including a QR code on the finding aid. Is there a way to embed these images in the pdf output? I've also noticed that the URL for the institution is not showing on the pdf either.

Thank you,
-Sandy

Re: embedding graphics in pdf output

Hi, Sandy,

Try placing the logo file in the same folder as the XSL and then use the path: reports/Resources/eadToPdf/your_logo.jpg

Then uncomment the section for adding the branding device (do a search for "branding device") then make sure your code looks something like this:

If you still have problems, feel free to send us a copy of your XSL (info@archiviststoolkit.org).

If you have further AT usage questions, we recommend posting queries to the AT list serv which is more active and has a longer history. Here's the link to join: https://mailman.ucsd.edu/mailman/listinfo/atug-l
And the ATUG archives is here: https://mailman.ucsd.edu/pipermail/atug-l/

Best wishes,
