AT 2.0 migration

Hello, we recently had to move our AT mysql database from one server to another. This was done using the documentation provided on FAQ on the archiviststoolkit.org website. The only tweak that we used with the documentation provided was we had to use the --compatible=mysql40 switch to get the data to import without errors.

Everything seemingly went fine except when a user searches on a
resource, they see the displayed results but do not see the subfolders
(referred to as siblings) beneath those results.

Is there more comprehensive documentation on migrating from one server to another? Perhaps we missed something.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you receive any error messages when you migrated the database? If you'd like to send us your original database dump and credentials (username and password) for a level 5 user, we can take a look to see if it's a data problem. Send to info@archiviststoolkit.org
