AT craches when pasting text into database

Most of the data, mostly text, that needs to be entered into AT is currently on a website, every once in while when I attempt to paste text into an AT record from the website AT crashes and completely quits. Please help.

Please send more detailed information about these events, including screen shots of what you are attempting to do and of the bug messages generated. You can do this also by using the bug reporter in the application. That will file the report directly to our bug list.
