Copying from Word and Pasting to AT

I have been writing description in Word and now have AT up and running. I am working on a large collection and decided to use Rapid Data Entry. However, when I copy a scope note from Word and try to paste it into AT, it pastes the intitial scope note from when I set up the RDE. Any suggestions on troubleshooting? Thanks!

EAD export

If I want to modify the EAD export, how do I do this? Is there an XSL style sheet that controls it? I found information on the EADtoHTML and EADtoPDF style sheets but did not see mention of how the EAD export is controlled.

Data conversion for adopted archival management system

Hi,

At Carleton College, we are about to adopt Archon as out archives management system and are going to look at data conversion services to get things ready for import. Do any of you have companies that you used for your implementation of AT that you would suggest for this kind of project?

Thanks,
