crashes when try to select server

When I try to select server for an internal database(set up through the maintanence program) AT crashes.

We want to barcode our boxes in order to maintain better inventory control over our collections and to make locating and moving collections in the event of a disaster quicker and easier.

AT craches when pasting text into database

Most of the data, mostly text, that needs to be entered into AT is currently on a website, every once in while when I attempt to paste text into an AT record from the website AT crashes and completely quits. Please help.
